
Authorities were called to a location near Haven Avenue and Town Center Drive in Rancho Cucamonga yesterday, after receiving a report of a man down around noon, according to FOX LA. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a man bleeding heavily, who was quickly declared dead at the scene.
The unnerving incident led to a sizable area being cordoned off as the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department conducted to their investigation. In the meantime, they requested residents to entirely keep away from the scene, at the time.
Little information has been disclosed by officials, as of now, about the man's identity or the exact circumstances that led to his death. As reported by KTLA, authorities have not yet provided details regarding the man's age or what might have caused the fatal injury. Furthermore, it remains unclear whether the police are actively searching for any suspects related to the death.
ABC7 reports that the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded quickly to the call of an injured man, but were ultimately unable to save him.
