Orlando, an 84-year-old Hispanic man, has gone missing in San Diego as reported today. He was last seen leaving his Otay Mesa residence at 9:40 a.m.
It was Orlando's wife who reported his disappearance to authorities as per the San Diego Police Department. Given Orlando's age and possible dependence on a walker or cane, his safety becomes a concern due to the potential for unexpected obstacles or dangers.
Orlando was last seen parading in a black checkered shirt, green pajama pants, and a possible hat, and could be located in local parks, which he frequently visited.
