
The Alameda Police Department, together with the United States Marshals Service and Alameda County Sheriff's Office, apprehended a suspect last Monday. The person is linked to an armed robbery that occurred on September 30 on Smith Court in Alameda, according to a Facebook post from the Alameda Police Department.
The investigation indicated that the victims might have been stalked and followed home prior to the incident. After identifying a person believed to be involved in the robbery, law enforcement secured the necessary warrants. The suspect surrendered peacefully in Oakland, stated officials.
The interagency endeavor led to significant findings, as officers recovered several firearms during the search.
