The authorities have identified the suspect as a Hispanic male adult in his 20s, distinguished by a red sweatshirt and beige trousers. He is reportedly approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs roughly 180 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

A public announcement via the Mountain View Police Department Facebook post reiterated that the suspect is to not be approached, and residents encountering him should call 911.
