The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office reported the capture of the 29-year-old in Redwood City, California, for a house burglary, and subsequent transportation to the Hall of Justice for questioning.

Located in Menlo Park at approximately 7:21 PM, Hubbard was re-arrested.
