Yesterday, Vista Sheriff's Station's Gang Enforcement Team made an arrest during a pedestrian stop in the 1200 block of North Citrus Avenue after finding a man in possession of a so-called ghost gun.
As reported by the San Diego Sheriff's Department, these firearms, lacking serial numbers, jeopardize law enforcement's ability to track their owners or origins and cause complications in investigations.
