The renowned Clearman's Steak 'N Stein Inn, situated in Pico Rivera, Los Angeles, is set for a facelift after 77 years of business. Frequently referred to as "The Stein", the restaurant is slated to reopen with an updated design and extended seating arrangement tomorrow, as reported by Eater LA.
The renovation plan includes restoring original design pieces from 1946 to continue preserving, its distinct vintage allure. A significant aspect of this revamp is an all-new bar, offering an updated variety of cocktails and maintaining the unchanged food menu for diners to relish their beloved Steak 'N Stein dishes.
According to an announcement on the restaurant's official website, the new bar area will offer additional seating and space, and the dining and waiting areas will be redesigned. To finalize the revamp, the restaurant temporarily closed from October 2-5. The reopening aligns with the Dine LA Restaurant Week, celebrating special Prix Fixe Menus for lunch and dinner.
Upon reopening, the Clearman's Steak 'N Stein Inn will be welcoming patrons from Monday to Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
