On Tuesday, October 10th, an incident occurred in Nashua, New Hampshire involving 38-year-old Jeremy McKenna. The man is accused of damaging two vehicles and falsely claiming to be a U.S. marshal. The actions raise questions about the suspect's mental health.

As per Boston.com news report, McKenna allegedly hit a vehicle carrying two teenagers, pushing them off the road. McKenna then threatened the teens and damaged their windshield before absconding. When the victims' parents arrived on the scene, Mckenna allegedly collided with their car.

This report of McKenna's behavior is to not the only charge against him. WMUR mentions three other open cases against him from incidents within the last 30 days. In another recent event on October 8, McKenna is accused of colliding with a car and fleeing the scene.

The defense claimed during McKenna's arraignment that his deteriorating mental health, caused by "stress at work," led to his erratic behavior. They also advised that McKenna has a different account of the incidents than that of the victims.

According to WMUR, McKenna pleaded not guilty and has been held on preventative detention.
