On October 9, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 2200 block of Mt. Pleasant Road in San Jose upon reports of an unresponsive woman near the roadway. San Jose Fire Department and County EMS declared the woman dead on the scene. Preliminary evidence suggests a potential case of homicide.
The Sheriff’s Office Homicide and Crime Scene Detectives were brought in to actively begin the investigation.
