
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) is seeking public assistance in locating a missing teenager, Byron Jesus or "Bean" Cruz. As per LASD, Cruz disappeared on Monday, October 2 at approximately 11:00 p.m., in the city of Palmdale, on the 1500 block of East Avenue Q-13.
Byron Cruz, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, is 5'04", 110 lbs, has black hair, brown eyes, and is distinguished by dental braces. The night he disappeared, he was seen wearing a black beanie, a black “Champion” sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black “Converse” shoes. The public is urged to come forward with any information.
In response to this worrying situation, the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station Detective Bureau has encouraged those with applicable information to contact them at (661) 272-2400.
Those who prefer anonymity can provide their information through "Crime Stoppers" hotline at (800) 222-TIPS (8477). Alternatively, the “P3 Tips” Mobile App, available on Google Play and Apple App Store, is a discreet channel for sharing potential leads.
