According to a statement from the Boston Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene and found two adult males with gunshot injuries at 85 E. Newton Street, just a few blocks away from Harvard Avenue.
In a parking lot across from 12 Glenville Ave., the victims, whose names are unreleased pending family notification, were caught in a surge of violence that frequently affects the streets.
