On October 30, 2023, Hercules Police Department in California executed a parole search on a 2017 white Mercedes CLS at the Store Local storage center. Verification, of the registered owner's parole status for murder prompted an extensive vehicle search.
The officer found a switchblade, a dirk/dagger, a collapsible baton, drug paraphernalia, and suspected methamphetamine according to a Facebook post by the Hercules Police Department.
The subject is now in custody.
