
Earlier today, a two-story single-family home in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, was engulfed in flames. The fire started on the second floor, prompting the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and Ventura County Fire Department (VCFD) to respond immediately, according to an LAFD ALERT.
The crew on scene worked efficiently to extinguish the fire. In less than half an hour, the joint force of LAFD and VCFD firefighters were able to subdue the fire, as per LAFD. No injuries were reported among occupants or firefighters at the scene.
Investigators are still unclear on the cause of the fire.
