Investigators have turned their eyes to the community to help track down a man spotted fleeing the scene of what started as a disturbance call on November 7 in the 11400 block of Garland Road, as per Dallas Police Department.
Police responded to the incident around noon and discovered Jose Vasquez critically injured.
