In a grim twist to a domestic dispute that turned deadly, a couple was tragically shot on Ridgecrest Road in Dallas. The incident, which occurred on the evening of November 26, quickly spiraled from a shooting call to a double homicide, enveloping the quiet neighborhood in a shroud of shock and despair, as reported by the Dallas Police Department.

Officers responded to the chaos at about 6:30 p.m. only to find two critically injured individuals, Roderick Terry, 35, and Jennifer Harris, 37. The preliminary investigation paints a stark picture of a lover's quarrel with fatal consequences. Terry reportedly shot Harris before turning the gun on himself.

Both of the victims were rushed to a local hospital in what was described as a critical condition, succumbing to their injuries two days later.
