On Tuesday, 17-year-old Michael Lopez was arrested in relation to a fatal shooting in Fort Worth earlier this year. According to The Dallas Morning News, Lopez is facing a murder charge for the death of 20-year-old Marco Cornejo.
The incident took place on April 30, 2023, at a post-prom party near Sherman Avenue. Cornejo lost his life due to a gunshot wound to his torso after a heated argument turned lethal.
