Charles Giurbino, 58, of Hemet, was pronounced dead on Saturday, while in the intake area of Riverside County's Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility. Despite attempts at resuscitation by custody staff, jail medical personnel, and paramedics, Giurbino was unresponsive, as reported by The Riverside County Sheriff's office.
