The Lost Hills Sheriff's Station reported two recent collisions on Las Flores Canyon Road, mere half a mile north of the Pacific Coast Highway, as a call to action—a call to slow down.

"These collisions were both on Las Flores Cyn, approximately 1/2 mi north of PCH, cars speeding around the bends," as declared by the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station on a Facebook post. The first, a Camaro, met its end earlier this year, and the latter, a Prius, over the past weekend. 

Local outlets such as Radio Malibu 99.1 KBU and The Malibu Times, along with the City of Malibu government, amplify the message, reverberating the #SlowDown campaign through every available channel.
