A smash-and-grab heist shook up a Kohl's in Pleasant Hill when burglars rammed a vehicle through the store's entrance and hustled out with a haul of goods. According to the Pleasant Hill Police Department, the dramatic scene unfolded at approximately 7:45 PM at the retail location on 2302 Monument Blvd.
The unidentified bandits managed to swiftly carry out their plan and vanished with their loot in a white sedan just moments before officers were able to respond. Investigators, now piecing together the circumstances from the evening prior, are working to track down the three subjects who plundered the closed establishment. Corporal Andrew Kuhn of the Pleasant Hill Police Department urged anyone with knowledge of the incident to come forward.
No injuries were reported, as the store was shuttered and devoid of both employees and customers at the time of the crime.
The Pleasant Hill Police Department is calling on witnesses, or anyone with information, to urgently step forward and assist in the active investigation.
