Levi Chamberlin Hardcastle, a confessed member of the Peckerwoods white supremacist gang from Rockwall, received a sentence of 200 months in federal prison on November 17, 2023, for his role in methamphetamine trafficking, as stated by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Texas. The 35-year-old pleaded guilty in February to an intent to distribute and distribute over 50 grams of methamphetamine.

The sentence was given by U.S. District Judge Jane Boyle after Hardcastle alongside eight other persons were accused of several federal crimes in 2022's April indictment. The Rockwall, Texas man admitted to having delivered a total of 1,494.6 grams of methamphetamine, valued at a rough $10,500,000 to an undercover officer on three different occasions.

During the course of the hearing, Hardcastle confessed his membership to the Peckerwoods, a white supremacist gang associated with crimes like drug trafficking, weapon offenses, and violence. The sentencing of Hardcastle and his associates serves as a reminder of the complexity of illegal operations carried out by white supremacist groups.

In line with Hardcastle, multiple other defendants, as detailed to quickly distribute in the drug crime by the U.S. Attorney's Office, faced sentencing. Among them, Stephen Scribner got 180 months, Alexis Nicole Pacheco 200 months, Ruby Pauline Anderton 48 months, Sandra Marie Hernandez-Pacheco 168 months, Robert James McKnight 14 months, David Michael Ford 57 months, and Mayo Mena 7 months. Martin Talaver-Sanchez, another defendant, is awaiting his sentence.
