A nail-biting search for a medically vulnerable San Antonio man came to a heartwarming end as he was found safe, authorities confirmed, after disappearing on one of the year's busiest shopping days. Carlos Narro, who has a diagnosed medical condition, has been reported missing since Black Friday, sparking an urgent police search.

The 44-year-old was last seen at a residence on Madison Oak Drive near Loop 1604 on the North Side. His absence had raised alarms, especially because Narro's medical conditions made him particularly at risk, according to Fox San Antonio.
Narro's description and details were widely circulated in an intensive effort to locate him. Narro is right-handed with straight, ear-top-length hair, is missing two front teeth, and was last seen wearing khaki pants, glasses, and a distinctive black sweatshirt emblazoned with an eagle on the front, as reported by KSAT.
The San Antonio Police Department publicly thanked citizens and news outlets for their assistance in spreading the word about Narro's disappearance, acknowledging the role they played in bringing this search to a successful close.
