The Pasadena Police Department in California reported a 74-year-old man, Ramon Balderrama, as critically missing. Suffering from dementia, he was last observed near the intersection of Fillmore Street and Marengo Avenue on November 6 at 10:30 a.m., according to the Pasadena Police Department.
The Alzheimer's Association acknowledges that approximately 60 percent of individuals with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia might wander at least once. With dementia-related wandering posing risk to one's safety, authorities and locals are working swiftly to find Mr. Balderrama.
The Pasadena Police Department described Mr. Balderrama as a Hispanic male, 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighing around 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a beige baseball hat, a white-lettered gray t-shirt over a black long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and gray tennis shoes. Despite his condition, authorities believe he is wandering on foot.
