Empress Watson, an 11-year-old girl from Richmond, has disappeared for the second time in less than a month. She was last seen last Sunday as reported by the Richmond Police Department (RPD). Given the recency of her previous disappearance in early October, her safety is a matter of concern for the community.
Previously located, owing to the collaborative efforts of the community and authorities, they continue to dedicate themselves tirelessly again to searching for the young girl per Hoodline. The RPD, while suspecting no foul play, expresses concerns and seeks community assistance for her recovery. Community members have generously shown support, demonstrating their commitment to the welfare of Empress and her family.
During her former disappearance, RPD had described her wearing jeans with dark dots, a blue T-shirt, and white Nike Airforce 1's. This time, Empress was spotted wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans, and tan Croc sandals according to the Richmond Police Department. She has a short, braided hairstyle.
Those who know Empress Watson's whereabouts are encouraged to contact RPD dispatch at 510-233-1214 or the family directly at 510-776-4194.
