Despite immediate action from authorities and emergency responders, the man's life could not be saved. Details reveal the man was aged 30 to 40 years, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighed 215 pounds, and had brown eyes and short black hair. Authorities have been unable to identify him through fingerprints or any other form of identification.
The man's unique tattoos might provide clues to his identity. A skilled forensic artist has generated a sketch depicting a "Margarita" tattoo in cursive handwriting, with a heart over the "i" and a crown over two script letters, the second being an "R". Investigators hope this sketch will trigger recognition or memory from someone acquainted with the man.
Officials urge anyone with relevant information to contact the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office's Investigations Unit at (858) 694-2905, mentioning case number 2023-03316.
