Yesterday in Santa Rosa, an officer initiated a traffic stop, pulling over driver Alexis Figueroa Reyes for speeding. Angel Ramirez was a passenger in the vehicle. During the traffic stop, the officer noticed a strong marijuana odor coming from the vehicle.
The officer's investigations unearthed two concealed, loaded firearms: a Glock 19 and Polymer 80 pistol, two loose 9mm rounds, and two Halloween masks. Despite finding a marijuana "blunt," Officer Maloney concluded the driver was not impaired by the substance, per the Santa Rosa Police Department.
