The investigation after the crash revealed a BAC of .12 in Castro's system, and alcohol along with empty beer cans were found present in the car, as stated by the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office. The findings additionally included a half-empty bottle of tequila, a vape pen, and marijuana found in the car while he drove without a license, as per KRON4 News.
