At 11:00 a.m., at press conference held on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Dallas City Hall, Atkins will share the spotlight with a local legend when they announce the event kickoff. Former Dallas Cowboys player and Super Bowl MVP Larry Brown will join the huddle, bringing the same determination to this cause as he once did to the gridiron. Fans of goodwill and community service will note the impressive stats—over 7,300 meals and more than 550 families served since its inception.
