On Tuesday, an ACPD patrol officer stopped Michael Allen, a 28-year-old Vallejo resident, for multiple traffic violations. During this routine stop, a loaded, un-serialized firearm ("ghost gun") was found in Allen's possession per the American Canyon Police Department.
Felon Michael Allen, who was in possession of a firearm, was convicted during the traffic stop.
Allen was subsequently arrested for illegal firearm possession and later transported to the Napa County Department of Corrections according to the American Canyon Police Department.
