
Tragedy struck near Wellesley College Wednesday morning when a 70-year-old man was found dead, authorities said. The individual, later identified as Boston resident Silas Logan, was discovered unconscious in a slightly wooded area near a walking path on Central Street around 9:15 a.m., according to MassLive. First responders attempted lifesaving measures, but Logan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The call to 911 was made after the man was found near the intersection of Central and Weston roads, the respondents performed CPR before being taken over by paramedics, as reported by Boston.com. Officials have indicated that they do not suspect foul play in Logan’s death.
