A tragic incident has shaken the Arlington community as Liyah-Grace Holsey, a 10-year-old student at Mary Moore Elementary, was struck and killed by two vehicles while attempting to cross the street. The child was hit Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Parks Springs Boulevard and Sublett Road, a location noted as being roughly a half mile from her school, as confirmed by Arlington police, FOX 4 News reported.
