Austin Police are on the hunt for a gunman after an early morning shooting on November 26 left one person injured. The incident occurred at 13717 Burnet Road around 4:20 a.m., with APD officers responding to the scene after reports of gunfire. The victim, found with a gunshot wound, was rushed to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening, according to the Austin Police Department.
Witnesses were unable to describe the suspect, leaving detectives scraping for clues. The lack of leads remains a stumbling block in a puzzle that APD is determined to solve.
As of now, the identity of the shooter remains a mystery, and the motive behind the attack is unclear.
