The Boston Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public asking for assistance in locating a missing teenager, 15-year-old Jared Rodriguez, who was last seen on Christmas in South Boston, according to a department statement.
Jared, identified as a light-skinned Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 120 pounds with short brown hair, went missing around 11 PM on December 25, near 12 Patterson Way, authorities provided a description while also noting his last-known attire, a black American Eagle jacket; Jared who is autistic also frequents the Boys & Girls Club on W6th Street.
Law enforcement is showing heightened concern, especially considering Jared's autism. Community members with any details are encouraged to immediately contact 911 or the C-6 Detectives at 617-343-4742.
