According to the FOX 5 Atlanta, the county's Aggressive Crime Unit (ACE) confiscated approximately 1.5 kilos of meth and 2.5 ounces of fentanyl, among other substances, from a home in Villa Rica.

The operation resulted in charges including trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Tabitha Paige, 29, and Jacob Bates, 30, were the two captured in Carroll County during a traffic stop where Bates is claimed to have disposed of a firearm from the vehicle. Paige now faces a litany of charges including trafficking fentanyl and methamphetamine, "We want to clean up our community," Ashley Hulsey, a spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, told Fox 5 Atlanta.
Moreover, in Habersham County, the suspects identified as Ronald Lindsey Bafile, 42, and Megan Nichoel Bafile, 31, encountered serious charges after law enforcement successfully used a PIT maneuver to to forcibly stop their Ford F-150.
