According to Hoodline, the incident unfolded on October 7, at around 10:17 AM, in a pedestrian tunnel located under Hwy 242 between Franquette Ave and Market St.
Concord's law enforcers have released a photo of the alleged perpetrator, asking locals for any leads. The male suspect is known to linger around the area of Home Depot at 2090 Meridian Park Blvd., Concord. Detectives from the Special Victims Unit, including Detective David Boucher, are handling this sensitive case. Information about the identity of this male could be crucial in delivering justice for the victim.
