
A Dallas neighborhood is reeling after a fatal disturbance that left one man dead. Dallas Police were called to the scene on the 2200 block of Van Cleave Drive on the night of December 29, officers found 30-year-old Donatus Foy unconscious. Despite rapid response by Dallas Fire-Rescue, Foy was declared dead at the location, authorities said.
The incident happened around 10 p.m., with neighbors reportedly hearing a commotion before the arrival of law enforcement. Police have yet to publicly identify any suspects or motives in the case, which has shaken the tight-knit community. They are continuing to quickly piece together the events that led to the tragedy.
