A deadly shooting on Midpark Road has left the Dallas community searching for answers as police report a man was fatally shot following a spat on Tuesday night. The incident took place around 9:00 p.m. in the 8400 block of Midpark Road, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Dallas Police responded to a call that escalated quickly to a scene of violence, where 41-year-old Ivan Mosley was found to have succumbed to gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Dallas Fire-Rescue after engaging in what was described as verbal altercations with another man, who upon shooting Mosley, fled the scene before the authorities arrived.
The authorities have yet to identify the perpetrator of this crime as the investigation into the homicide, which has now been documented under case number 227260-2023, continues.
