Mr. Wafer may require assistance as he left on foot from the 2200 block of Pine Street at approximately 2:00 a.m. and has not been seen since, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Concerned for his safety, the police described him as a black male, with gray hair and brown eyes. Weighing about 165 lbs and standing at 5’08”, he was last seen wearing a brown dress pantsuit, completed by a black leather jacket. Wearing a black leather jacket he was last seen, has added to worries given the late hour and his age.
Authorities are now asking anyone who might have seen Bill Wafer or have any relevant information to make contact.
