Ortega is described as having long gray hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing about 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green military camo jacket, a black hat, a red shirt, khaki pants, and burgundy cowboy boots. Authorities have expressed concern that Mr. Ortega may be confused and in need of assistance.
