In the early morning haze of a recent winter day, authorities say a case of driving under the influence led to a vehicular wreck on FM 1960. Harris County Constable's Office reports that on December 21, Constable Mark Herman's deputies arrived on the scene in the 5400 block of FM 1960 to find a collision caused by Derick Mosley, who they concluded was driving while impaired.
After observing Mosley's behavior, the deputies surmised intoxication and proceeded with a battery of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. They established that Mosley was indeed under the influence, resulting in his arrest. A post on Constable Herman's official Facebook page detailed the incident, indicating Mosley was "arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated."
