In Harris County, two suspected drunk drivers found their festivities interrupted by the long arm of the law. Constable Mark Herman’s deputies were out on patrol in Precinct 4, where two separate traffic stops led to arrests on Friday night. According to the constable's Facebook page, Tony Maldonado and Diamonte Warner ended up in handcuffs after failing sobriety tests.

The two incidents occurred along Tomball Parkway and the N Sam Houston Twy W, where, deputies claim, the drivers displayed obvious signs of inebriation. After a slew of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, both Maldonado and Warner allegedly failed to demonstrate their soberness. Diamonte Warner has a prior DWI conviction already.

Constable Herman declared, "Tony Maldonado and Diamonte Warner were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Their court and bond information have not been set at this time."

The court and bond information for Maldonado and Warner hadn't been released at the time of the precinct's announcement.
