With the buzz of "Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé" premiering Friday, these spots will be slinging out everything from Blue Ivy blueberry muffins to the glam-tastic Disco Cakes pancakes—you guessed it, they come with rainbow sprinkles and housemade honey butter. And for those who believe a brunch without booze is simply a sad, late breakfast, fear not. The Union Kitchen is pouring out "Destiny’s Child Bubbles Board." Imagine a trio of champagne, prosecco, and sparkling rosé, and they are even serving a vodka concoction named the Beyhive, according to KIAH.
