Houston Woman Accused of Abusing Laughing Gas, Charged with Inhalant Paraphernalia

Houston's local law enforcement arrested a woman for allegedly huffing nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, behind a business off the Northwest Freeway. The suspect, identified as Thi Pham, was nabbed by constables from Harris County Precinct 4 on December 20, said Constable Mark Herman's Office.

Responding to reports of a suspicious vehicle, the deputies located Pham and witnessed her partaking in the act of inhaling a balloon until it was fully deflated. A routine check of her vehicle yielded further evidence—a trio of bottles radiating a chill to the touch, which turned out to be containers of nitrous oxide—an inhalant associated with euphoria and pain relief when abused.

The constable's official social media account relayed the outcome: "Thi Pham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Inhalant Paraphernalia - Nitrous Oxide. Her bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 15.”
