Among the winners, as reported by Eater Houston, is Little’s Oyster Bar, crowned Best New Restaurant. This restaurant has replaced the Little Pappas Seafood House and has won over the locals with its Gulf Coast cuisine.
As noted in the Houston Chronicle's review, Little’s Oyster Bar has set a new benchmark for seafood in the city.
Tatemó, which snagged the Best Tasting Menu Restaurant award. Trill Burgers, music legend Bun B's brainchild that transformed from pop-up to permanent, took home the award for Best Pop-Up Turned Permanent, with its notably juicy stacks bringing in names like Drake and Shaquille O’Neal, as per Eater Houston.
While Th Prsrv won Best Collaboration. This kitchen fuses Thai and Native American cuisines in the form of an edible "archaeological dig," recognized for its challenging yet enlightening culinary journey. A new haunt by Agricole Hospitality Group, EZ’s Liquor Lounge, takes the title of Best New Bar.
