An incident caused major traffic backups on I-35 southbound earlier today.
According to the KXAN report, the crash occurred near Windy Hill Drive, near exits 215 to 217, resulting in the closure of all but one lane, leading to a traffic jam that stretched approximately two miles at 8:30 a.m.
