
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's help in locating a man from Norwalk who has been missing since late April. Jorge Luis Piceno, also known as El Pelon, was last spotted on Sunday, April 30, 2023, around 10:41 a.m., authorities said.
Piceno, a 36-year-old male Hispanic, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a mustache. According to the LASD, he is known to frequent the area of Norwalk, stirring concern among his loved ones who are eager to ascertain his whereabouts and ensure his safety.
The LASD's Missing Persons Unit is spearheading the search and has encouraged anyone with information regarding Piceno's disappearance to come forward. The appeal for community assistance was underscored in a Nixle alert published by the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
