The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is reaching out to the public seeking aid in the search for a missing teenager, Amari Renell Cooper, also known as "A3." The 15-year-old was last seen on December 11, 2023, in Los Angeles before leaving to visit his father, officials stated. According to the LASD's posting, Cooper is described as 5-foot-3, weighing 110 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
Initially believed to be a routine visit, the situation has now turned critical as Cooper was supposed to return to his mother’s home on December 22nd. However, his father has reportedly taken him to Houston, Texas, against the directives of a court order.
The LASD’s South Los Angeles Station is the primary investigator in this case and is actively seeking tips to locate Cooper. The department has opened several channels for the public to contact them, including a direct phone line at (323) 820-6700.
