The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is appealing to the public for assistance in finding a missing 14-year-old boy from Lancaster. Adrianne Maurice Sorto was last seen on the 44700 block of Andale Avenue this past Monday at around 3 p.m., the department reported on their official Nixle alert system.
Described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, whisking about 120 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes, Sorto was wearing a black t-shirt, gray jeans, and black Jordan shoes on the day he vanished. The authorities have indicated that he may be attempting to reach a relative's house in Long Beach, suggesting a possible lead in his whereabouts.
It's been marked that the teen has a history of running away and is high-functioning autistic, intensifying the concern of his family and law enforcement for his safety. "Sorto has a history of running away and is a High Functioning Autistic child," the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stated. "His loved ones are concerned for his well-being and asking for your help."
