
In a chilling incident of violence that disrupted the Christmas Eve calm, a man was brutally stabbed multiple times in Big River, California. Law enforcement was promptly on the scene at 149090 Wintun Trail, following the report of the crime at 10:37 p.m. on December 24, 2023.
Deputies from the Colorado River Sheriff's Station were quick to thoroughly investigate the situation, where they discovered that the suspect, identified as 33-year-old Christopher Enz from Parker, used a knife to allegedly commit the attack. The victim, whose identity remains confidential, was rushed to a local hospital where they received critical care necessary to stabilize their condition. Subsequently, the victim was airlifted to a trauma center for further treatment.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, Enz was arrested on charges of attempted murder under California Penal Code 664/187 and was booked into Needles Jail. The authorities have taken swift action to ensure the suspect faced legal consequences.
