
A tragic dirt bike collision in Connecticut's Quaddick State Forest claimed the life of a Massachusetts man on Saturday. The victim, identified as 22-year-old Steven G. Zografos of Oxford, died when two dirt bikes were involved in a crash shortly before 4 p.m., as reported by WWLP. A 21-year-old man, also caught in the accident, sustained injuries and was subsequently air-lifted for medical treatment.
The deadly incident was responded to by both the Environmental Conservation Police and the Connecticut State Police. The surviving victim was said to quickly be taken to a hospital, where he was in stable condition as of Sunday morning, according to the Environmental Conservation Police and as reported by MassLive.
