While the lofty aim of slashing impaired driving deaths to zero might seem like a distant dream, the officer harbors hope that, even if it does not happen during his tenure, the dedicated effort across the state will steadily drive down the numbers. As cited by the Minnetonka Police Department, "While I still respond to emergency calls, this dedicated position allows me to focus on the safety of our drivers and roadways as I comb the city for impaired drivers."
